Damien is Managing Partner at Eurogroup Consulting with over 25 years of international advisory experience, now deeply focused on mobility and transport systems. He has led projects spanning public transit planning, electric mobility infrastructure, smart mobility ecosystems, urban transport infrastructure, freight & logistics solutions, and mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platforms. Damien’s services include strategic mobility planning, infrastructure feasibility & investment studies, regulatory & policy advisory, public-private partnership structuring, and sustainability & environmental impact assessment. He helps stakeholders design mobility solutions that are efficient, green, inclusive, and aligned with broader urban development goals.

Jack is a Principal at Eurogroup Consulting with more than a decade of consulting experience specializing in mobility innovation and operations. Dian is the Digital Lab Director at Eurogroup Consulting, bringing over 12 years of digital innovation experience into the mobility sector. He leads development of digital mobility solutions including EV charging management platforms, IoT & telematics systems for transit & fleet, passenger apps & MaaS platforms, smart ticketing & payment systems, and data analytics for mobility optimization. Dian also supports digital enablement of transport operations, mobility user experience design, platforms for real-time operations & predictive maintenance, and integrating technology with mobility infrastructure planning. His strength is in turning cutting-edge digital tools into tangible, scalable mobility services.

Dian is the Digital Lab Manager of Eurogroup Consulting. With 12 years of experience advising, establishing, and executing digital initiatives across industries, from ideas into tangible output with significant outcomes. Executing the Digital Initiative, for example Web Design, Motion Design, and Web Development into less technical yet complicated business, like talent acquisition and retention strategy, Digital Marketing Strategy, Digital enablement from scratch to profitable portfolio, enterprise infrastructure, people management, company’s digital acquisition and growth strategy.
